In the Chapter on Satellites in Education (Case Studies), JISC has collected examples from different parts of the world that illustrate the use of satellite-supported services in educational contexts. Examples include the African Virtual University, the Telesecundaria Program of Mexico, Les Amphis de france 5 of France, NETTUNO Distance University of Italy, the St Helens e-Learning Bus of the UK, the Centrelink Education Network of Australia, China Central Radio and TV University and the World Bank’s Global Development Learning Network.
