Final Conclusions and Next Steps Forward in context of NSTAC, NCS, NIPP and COOP and legislative, regulatory and standards-related actions

Panel chairs summarized and highlighted the main points of the conference. In essence, the final panel sought to identify the top conclusions from each of the sessions that would ultimately appear in the NCEC White Paper to be issued by George Washington University and made widely available to policy makers and key people in government, industry and the academic community.
